Cancellation Policy

Welcome to Tumble Time™! We're so excited to have your family join us! Our mission is to help children build confidence, strength, coordination, and a love of movement in a safe, encouraging, and fun environment. Before Your First Class Please complete your Tumble Time Waiver prior to your child's first class. For safety reasons, every participant must have a signed waiver on file before participating. Makeup Classes If your child is unable to attend, please notify us 24 hours before class time to recieve class credit. Same day cancellations will result in loss of class credit. We are happy to offer ONE makeup class per session. Rescheduling is subject to coach and space availability. Weather Policy Safety is always our priority. For outdoor classes, weather decisions are made based on conditions such as heavy rain, lightning, excessive heat, or unsafe field conditions. If a class must be canceled, families will be notified as early as possible and a makeup class or credit will be provided. What to Bring: ● Comfortable Athletic Clothing ● Hair Secured if long ● Barefoot/Grip Socks for Indoor Classes (Sneakers Required for ALL Outdoor Classes) ● Water Bottle Creating a Safe Learning Environment To provide the safest and most focused experience for every child, we kindly ask families to help us minimize distractions during class by keeping siblings, pets, and other visitors outside of the designated gymnastics area while class is in session.
