Welcome to Tumble Time™!
We're so excited to have your family join us! Our mission is to help children build confidence, strength, coordination, and a love of movement in a safe, encouraging, and fun environment.
Before Your First Class
Please complete your Tumble Time Waiver prior to your child's first class. For safety reasons, every participant must have a signed waiver on file before participating.
What to Bring
*No other equipment is needed—we provide all mats and gymnastics equipment.
Arrival
Our coaches will arrive approximately 10 minutes before class to set up and will handle all equipment setup and breakdown. Families can simply arrive a few minutes before class and enjoy!
Weather Policy
Safety is always our priority.
For outdoor classes, weather decisions are made based on conditions such as heavy rain, lightning, excessive heat, or unsafe field conditions. If a class must be canceled, families will be notified as early as possible and a makeup class or credit will be provided.
Makeup Classes
If your child is unable to attend, please notify us as early as possible.
When available, we are happy to offer one makeup class per session, subject to scheduling and space availability.
Private Lessons & Additional Services
Our coaches are proud members of the Tumble Time team and are trained in our curriculum, safety standards, and teaching methods. If interested in private lessons, birthday parties, school programs, pop-up events, or additional services please contact Tumble Time directly.
We'll be happy to recommend the coach that best fits your family's needs and coordinate all scheduling through our office to ensure consistency, insurance coverage, and the highest quality experience.
Creating a Safe Learning Environment
To provide the safest and most focused experience for every child, we kindly ask families to help us minimize distractions during class.
*Whenever possible, please keep siblings, pets, and other visitors outside of the designated gymnastics area while class is in session. Running through the gym space, entering equipment areas, or creating unnecessary distractions can interrupt instruction and increase the risk of injury.
