Cancellation Policy
In consideration to participation and payment of all Tumble Time classes: Booking & Payment Policy Booking this course secures your spot for the selected dates. A security deposit of $45 is required to hold your place upon booking. The remaining balance is due once classes begin. If you join after the start date, you will only be charged for the remaining classes in the season. Cancellation Policy: Classes are non refundable once booked. To cancel or reschedule a class, please contact our office via phone or email 24 hours prior to your scheduled class time to reschedule class or receive credit towards future classes. *If a class is canceled due to unpredictable circumstances, we will reschedule a makeup class or provide a class credit. *Tumble Time reserves the right to cancel any outdoor class due to inclement weather for the safety of our students and staff. Weather-related cancellations may occur due to: Heavy rainfall / Visible lightning or thunder Class Attire For safety and comfort, all students are required to wear appropriate athletic attire to class. Students who are not dressed in suitable clothing may be denied participation. Allowed: -Sneakers, grip-socks, barefoot -Hair must be tied-up or secured out of the face -Leotards, tank tops and athletic shorts or leggings Not Allowed: ✘ Dresses, skorts & skirts ✘ Socks, crocs, sandals, or boots ✘ Watches or jewelry ✘ Baggy or oversized clothing
